Remote programming is part of Element TV’s initial setup. You will most likely complete the remote pairing process while setting up your Element TV. If the remote that comes with the TV is broken, you can order a new one and use it as a substitute. Since it is a new remote, you need to program it with your Element TV before use. This article explains the procedure for pairing the Element TV remote.
Note: Element TVs are powered by Android TV, Google TV, Roku, and Fire OS. The steps for pairing the Element TV remote will vary accordingly. If your Element TV remote works via IR signals, you can use it without pairing.
Program the Element Google TV Remote
1. Press the panel Power button to switch on your Element TV.
2. Grab the Google TV remote and press the OK and Home buttons together.

1. Using the Fire TV app, go to the home page and tap the Settings icon.
2. Click Controllers & Bluetooth Devices and tap Amazon Fire TV Remotes.
3. Select Add New Remotes to continue.
4. Then, hold the remote’s Home button. Your Element Fire TV will search for nearby remotes.
5. Select the remote you want to pair and hit the Select button. Thus, the remote will pair with the Element Fire TV.
Alternatively, hold the Home button on the Fire TV remote to pair it with your Element Fire TV.
