The app supports voice control and comes with a keyboard for quick typing and a touchpad for navigation. This guide walks you through the process of connecting the Hisense TV to your phone and using the remote app.

Control Hisense Smart TV using the RemoteNOW App

1. Connect your Hisense TV to WiFi, which must be the same as your smartphone is connected to.

2. Visit the built-in app store on your smartphone and install the RemoteNOW app.

3. Run the RemoteNOW app, and it will search for available devices.

4. Choose the Hisense TV from the list. A 4-digit PIN will be shown on the TV screen.

5. Type the PIN into the app to pair your Hisense TV. The app will turn in a fully-featured remote control.

6. Now, you can use RemoteNOW as a remote control, keyboard, or mouse to access the TV apps.

Control Hisense VIDAA TV using the VIDAA App

1. Ensure your Hisense VIDAA TV and smartphone are paired to the same wireless connection.

2. Download VIDAA Smart TV (Android) or VIDAA (iPhone) by visiting the native app store.

3. Open the VIDAA Smart TV application on your mobile phone. Then, tap Allow on the pop-up to grant permissions for the app.

4. Tap Add New Device on the app’s home screen to begin scanning for devices.

5. Select your Hisense VIDAA TV from the devices list. A pairing code will be shown on the VIDAA TV screen.

6. Type the code in the VIDAA Smart TV app to sync your Hisense TV.

The app will be turned into a virtual remote to control your VIDAA TV.

Control Hisense Google or Android TV using the Google TV App

1. Connect your Hisense Android or Google TV to the same WiFi as your smartphone.

2. Install the Google TV app on an iPhone or Android from the built-in app store.

3. Run the Google TV app and tap Allow to grant the app’s necessary permissions.

4. Once logged in, tap the Remote or Connect TV icon at the bottom of the screen.

5. Select your Hisense TV name and make a note of the code shown on the TV.

6. Enter the noted code in the Google TV app and click Pair to link your TV.

7. Upon pairing, use the app’s remote interface to operate your Hisense TV.

Control Hisense Roku TV using The Roku App

1. Ensure your Hisense Roku TV and smartphone are connected to the same WiFi network.

2. Download The Roku App on your smartphone from the native app store and open the app.

3. Input the registered credentials and sign in to the Roku app. If you haven’t registered before, tap Continue as a Guest.

4. At the bottom of the app’s home screen, tap Devices to search for nearby devices.

5. Select your Hisense Roku TV to pair with the Roku app.

6. After pairing, you can see a connected status in the app. Further, tap Remote to access the remote control.

7. On the app, you can find buttons for voice search, keypad, settings, navigation, playback, etc. Using that, you can seamlessly operate your Hisense TV.

Control Hisense Fire TV using the Amazon Fire TV App

1. Check whether your Hisense Fire TV and your phone are paired to the same wireless network.

2. Visit the respective app store on your phone and install the Amazon Fire TV app.

3. Run the Amazon Fire TV application and accept the app’s terms and conditions.

4. If prompted, sign in with your Amazon account, or else click Continue as a guest.

5. The app will detect your Hisense Fire TV since it is paired to the same WiFi. Select it to get a pairing code on the TV screen.

6. Type the code in the Fire TV app to finish linking your Hisense Fire TV.

7. Now, use the app’s control interface to manage your Hisense Fire TV. If you prefer hands-free control, tap the Alexa icon and say a voice command.

Control Hisense Xumo TV using the Xumo TV App

1. Begin by connecting your Hisense Xumo TV to an identical WiFi as your phone.

2. Download the Xumo TV app on your iPhone or Android from the official store.

3. After the installation, run the Xumo TV app and accept the permissions required by the app.

4. When the home page appears, click on your Hisense Xumo TV and hit Pair.

5. You will get a pairing code on your Hisense Xumo TV. Note the code and type it in the Xumo app to establish a connection.

6. If the pairing is successful, you can access a virtual remote in the Xumo TV app. Press the necessary buttons to operate your Hisense Xumo TV.

Use IR Remote Apps to Control Hisense TV Without Remote

If your Hisense TV has a problem with wireless connectivity, you cannot use the WiFi-based remote apps. Rather, use the free IR remote app on your phone to control your Hisense TV without WiFi. The only thing you require is an Android smartphone with an IR blaster built-in.

Note: You can’t use IR remote apps on Apple devices like iPhones or iPads, as they lack an IR blaster.
